じゃくてん【弱点】

〔弱味･欠点〕 a weakness; a weak point [spot, side]; a soft spot; a foible; a drawback; a defect; a shortcoming; a chink in sb's armor; 〔不利の点〕 a disadvantage; 〔痛い所〕 a sore spot [place].

●この事件でわれわれの弱点が明らかになった[さらけ出された]. This incident revealed our weak point [where our weaknesses lie].
